If I may be so bold as to indulge in a little tooting of my own trumpet for a moment, I recently passed 10.000 followers on my Instagram account and for the second time running the UK Esquire magazine have published their “The Most Stylish Men On Instagram” and I’m happy to be featured as one of their esteemed selection again. I’ve even risen from 17th to 16th place on a list that contains well known names such as Nick Wooster, Tinie Tempah, Theopilus London, the “Sartorialist” Scott Schuman and my good friend David Evans, aka Grey Fox!
Considering the list contains any number (well, 18 to be absolutely numerically exact) of other gentlemanly luminaries in the world of menswear type things, this is no small feat indeed. No wonder I’m on the lookout for larger hats, my head appears to be swelling at an uncommonly rapid rate!
And if that wasn’t enough, Huffington Post identified me as one of the “Fashionable men to follow on Instagram“, another great honour!
And to complete this triad of manifest appreciation, Shortlist Magazine included me in their “20 Instagram accounts that’ll make you dress better“, a list that again contains names such as Nick Wooster, Theopilus London, the “Sartorialist” Scott Schuman and David Evans aka Grey Fox!
And while all this appreciation is certainly appreciated, it does mean that I can’t rest of my laurels. Do I up my game or do I stumble on along the path I am on?
